Rabindranath had written a long poem 'Probasi' on the occasion of twenty-fifth anniversary of the magazine 'Probasi', in Boishakh, 1333B. Two different songs were composed from this poem. The first Part of it was rendered with Imankalyan and the lyric suitably altered to form 'Parabasi Chale Eso... '. The middle segment was attuned to mishra Ramkeli to form 'Eso Eso Eso Praner Utsabe … '. This is an exceptional example where two independent songs have originated from a single poem.
