AVAILABLELeisurely floating chunks of cloud provides the assurance, 'Well, I'll go'. The inevitable end of the night makes it react, 'Going'. The ocean too is in support, 'I cease to exist where the shore prevails'. Sorrows (that were the part and parcel of the poet throughout his life) seems to comfort him by saying, 'I remain calm and silent in the form of His divine footprints'. It is myself who yells, 'Annihilation is my desire anyway.' The earthly world as usual tenders its lucrative impression, 'It is you whom the greeting garland (Varan-mala) is kept for'. The sky puts up a similar lucre, 'It is for you for whom millions of tender lamps (dia/deep) have been lit up'. Love is more enigmatic, 'I have been awake and awaiting just for you'. Finally it is Death who discloses the reality, 'I am here to drive and navigate your life boat'. - Translated by Anjan Ganguly
