Her first ‘Sangeet Guru’ is Mr. Sanjoy Sen. After that she took lesson (talim) from Ms. Mamata Maity. She used to sing almost all types of Indian songs but Rabindra Sangeet is very special to her.

She has started singing at the age of 14 years and now she is 32 years. Her first ‘Sangeet Guru’ is Mr. Sanjoy Sen. After that she took lesson (talim) from Ms. Mamata Maity.

At present she is learning from Ms. Dalia Ghosh. Singing Rabindra Sangeet is her addiction, not profession. She used to sing almost all types of Indian songs but Rabindra Sangeet is very special to her. Singing Rabindra Sangeet is her passion.
