about tilak gupta: His first Guru was his father Bibhuti Nath Gupta. He was disciple of late Pandit Chinmoy Lahiri, a well known personality, performer and Trainer of Indian Classical Music. After his demise he learned from his son Sri Shyamal Lahiri. He wanted to be a professional Musician and Performer but finally he has opted in Rabindra Sangeet. There his Guru was Late Subinoy Roy and then he was disciple of Smt Maya sen. He is holding "Geetabharati" Degree from 'Gitabitan', a renowned Institution in Kolkata.
